About this policy

The Party Hype LLC provides DJ and karaoke entertainment services. This policy describes information handled through thepartyhype.com and inquiries sent to our business. Contact us at av***@**********pe.com with privacy questions.

Information you provide

When you request event availability, we collect your name, email address, and any event type, date, city or venue, estimated guest count, and message you provide. We also receive information you send in follow-up communications. Please do not include payment card details or sensitive personal information in the inquiry form.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss availability and pricing, plan requested services, and maintain relevant business communications. An availability inquiry does not automatically reserve an event or sign you up for a newsletter.

Website operations and service providers

DreamHost hosts our website. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and access times to operate and protect the site. Our inquiry form temporarily uses a hashed identifier derived from an IP address to limit repeated submissions; its rate-limit record expires after 15 minutes.

Inquiry emails are delivered through WP Mail SMTP and our Microsoft 365/Outlook account. These services process information needed to deliver and receive messages. WP Mail SMTP email logging is disabled. Our custom theme does not maintain a separate database of inquiry submissions. Messages remain in our email account according to our retention practices; hosting, security services, and backups may also retain operational records.

We use CleanTalk for spam protection. It may process IP addresses, email addresses, form content, browser information, and interaction data to detect spam and abuse. Our enabled settings allow email addresses to be checked as they are entered, before submission, on supported forms. CleanTalk is also configured to record the last five visited page URLs (HTTP referrers) before form submission for spam review. These security features do not mean that every form on our site supports every check. Its privacy information is available at https://cleantalk.org/privacy.

Fonts and cookies

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s servers to obtain those fonts and sends technical request information, including your IP address. WordPress and security tools may use cookies or similar technology for login, security, and site operation. CleanTalk is configured to select its storage method automatically; depending on site conditions, its security checks may use browser local storage and temporary server-side records. Its JavaScript bot detector and spam firewall are enabled. You can manage cookies in your browser, although disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

Analytics and marketing

We do not use Google Analytics, a Meta/Facebook advertising pixel, or a website newsletter service. We do not sell personal information or use inquiry information for targeted advertising.

Directions links open Google Maps. Other links may lead to venue websites or social media. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies when you visit them.

Retention and security

We retain inquiries and related records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Retention can vary by record type, and backup copies may remain until their normal deletion cycle. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information; no online transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact av***@**********pe.com to ask about information you provided or request correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records needed for legal obligations or legitimate business purposes. You can choose not to submit an inquiry online and contact us directly instead.

Updates

We will revise this policy when our information practices change and display the effective date on the published version.
